The 150LB 8-inch manual wafer-type triple-eccentric all-metal hard-seal butterfly valve has made its grand debut. The entire valve body and disc are crafted from high-end C95500 aluminum bronze across the entire product line. Combined with a proven triple-eccentric wear-free design, all-metal hard-to-hard sealing, and a lightweight wafer-type structure, it is tailor-made for ANSI 150LB medium-pressure applications. It is the premier choice for long-lasting fluid control in demanding conditions such as seawater, steam, high-salinity corrosion, and cavitation resistance.
Product Advantages
● The product adopts the classic ANSI wafer-type connection structure, eliminating the bulky and cumbersome design of traditional flanged valves. The valve body features a thinner axial profile and significantly reduced overall weight. There is no need for complex flange matching; it can be securely installed simply by clamping it between two pipe flanges.
● It features an all-metal hard-on-hard sealing structure, with both the valve seat and the butterfly disc sealing surfaces precision-machined from C95500 aluminum bronze alloy. After precision matching and lapping, the sealing surfaces achieve maximum flatness and roundness accuracy, ensuring a tight, full-area seal upon closure and meeting the bubble-level zero-leakage standard.
● The core material of this product is C95500 aluminum bronze alloy. Unlike conventional stainless steel or carbon steel, it inherently possesses exceptional resistance to seawater corrosion, cavitation, erosion, and oxidation. The alloy’s internal structure is dense and uniform, offering excellent mechanical toughness and surface hardness.
