Constructed from a single piece of 316 stainless steel, it offers chlorine resistance, rust prevention, and heat resistance; the DN500 medium- to large-diameter design ensures smooth, high-flow passage; and the PN63 high-pressure rating guarantees stability and reliability. Leveraging the rust-resistant and heat-resistant properties of pure 316 stainless steel and the long-lasting durability of all-metal hard seals, this valve supports customization with various drive types—including electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic—providing flexible and reliable zero-leakage shut-off solutions for industrial pipelines.
Product Advantages
● The valve stem is supplied as a bare stem without a fixed actuator. Users can independently select handles, worm gearboxes, or electric/pneumatic actuators based on on-site requirements, avoiding redundant investment.
● The sealing pair features a precision-matched 316 stainless steel and hard alloy design, achieving opening and closing through rigid all-metal engagement—absolutely free of graphite, rubber, and PTFE. This completely eliminates risks associated with cold flow, thermal creep, and high-temperature aging, ensuring bidirectional zero leakage from vacuum to full rated pressure differential.
● A multi-bolt flange ring forms a closed load-bearing structure, evenly distributing the thermal expansion thrust, water hammer bending moments, and self-weight of the pipeline, ensuring the valve seat sealing surface remains flat and free from warping over the long term.
