Product Advantages

   ● The valve body, disc, and other flow-through components are all made of TA2 industrial-grade pure titanium. In oxidizing media such as wet chlorine gas, brine, dilute nitric acid, and acetic acid, the material spontaneously forms a dense passivation film, creating a nearly impenetrable barrier against chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Additionally, the material’s low density provides the valve with significant weight-saving benefits.
 ● The sealing pair utilizes precision-matched titanium-based hard alloys, achieving opening and closing through rigid metal-to-metal engagement. It ensures bidirectional zero leakage from vacuum to full rated pressure differential, eliminating contamination from seal material leaching, with a service life that matches the entire pipeline lifecycle.
  ● Each lug features a threaded hole, allowing bolts to be screwed directly into the valve body. Even after removing a pipe on one side, the valve remains tightly sealed against upstream pressure, serving as both a shut-off valve and a flanged blind flange.
