Constructed from Hastelloy HC-276, this valve offers comprehensive corrosion resistance, with pitting and crevice corrosion resistance far exceeding that of stainless steel and duplex steel. With a nominal pressure rating of PN10, it is ideally suited for low-pressure process pipelines. Combining a full-metal hard-seal design with a triple-offset opening and closing mechanism, it completely eliminates the risk of hazardous chemical leaks and provides durable, reliable fluid shutoff.
Product Advantages
● The lug-type connection ensures zero damage to the sealing surfaces during valve body maintenance, making it particularly suitable for rapid emergency repairs in highly corrosive environments and significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are made entirely of Hastelloy HC-276 (HC276). Thanks to its exceptional nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy composition, it exhibits near-immune resistance to uniform corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in wet chlorine, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorinated organic acids, and strong redox composite media, demonstrating near-immune resistance to uniform corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion. It effortlessly handles the most demanding chemical conditions, such as alternating acid-base environments and high-concentration halides.
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the disc immediately lifts off the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing, ensuring zero friction and zero scraping along the sealing surface throughout the entire 90° rotation.
