Product Features

     316 austenitic stainless steel, with a molybdenum content of 2.0–3.0% and a PREN value of ≥24; offers three times the resistance to chloride ion pitting corrosion compared to 304; Class 150LB nominal pressure; wide operating temperature range of -196°C to 200°C; 8-inch standard branch pipe diameter; Triple-offset all-metal hard seal, meeting the ANSI Class VI zero-leakage standard, supports independent pipe end cutting.

Product Advantages

   ● The lug-type connection features short bolts with low creep, ensuring clamping force does not decay over time. Bolts on both sides apply force independently, preventing additional compression on the sealing surface and inherently reducing the risk of external leakage.
Manual operation provides intuitive opening indication, allowing for instant visual determination of valve status on-site, making it suitable for frequent operation and isolation during maintenance. The triple-offset torque-driven seal tightens as the valve closes; sealing force is derived from handwheel torque, and increased torque locks out leakage as pressure rises.
