     Forged from 5A super duplex stainless steel to form a steel bulwark against extreme operating conditions, and featuring a solid metal seal that ensures unwavering reliability. The 8-inch nominal bore ensures unimpeded flow, while the 150-lb medium-pressure rating provides rock-solid stability. The blind-end seal design enables versatile applications, and manual operation is convenient and reliable.

Product Advantages

   ● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are constructed from 5A super duplex stainless steel. Thanks to the synergistic strengthening of high chromium, high molybdenum, and high nitrogen, the pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) exceeds 40. This provides near-immunity to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion in extremely harsh media such as hot concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, high-temperature brine, and chlorinated organic acids.
  ● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the automatic wedging effect ensures that the higher the medium pressure, the greater the sealing contact pressure, resulting in a tighter seal as the valve closes. This significantly extends the service life of the valve and its sealing components.
  ● Directly driven by a handle or handwheel, the valve requires no electricity, compressed air, or hydraulic power, and can be closed instantly with a single turn in an emergency.
