     Made of 4A duplex stainless steel with a PREN value of ≥35, offering resistance to chloride ion corrosion, weak acids, and seawater erosion; Class 150LB nominal pressure, with stable operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 315°C; DN200 (8-inch) standard branch diameter for easy installation and maintenance; triple-offset metal hard-seal design ensures frictionless opening and closing, meeting the ANSI Class VI zero-leakage standard; manually operated for simple and reliable operation.

Product Advantages

   ● Each lug is directly secured to the pipe flange with short bolts; the bolts do not penetrate the valve body, resulting in a lighter weight compared to a double-flange structure.
  ● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 4A duplex stainless steel. The duplex microstructure provides high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance, with a pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) of over 35, effectively withstanding pitting and stress corrosion in seawater, acidic brine, dilute sulfuric acid, and chlorine-containing media.
  ● The sealing surface is overlaid with Stellite alloy, with a hardness of HRC 65, providing direct resistance to erosion from sand-laden seawater, acidic crystalline particles, and steam-induced rust. Its service life is several times longer than that of soft seals.
