   The 150-lb pressure rating perfectly covers the design pressure of these systems without increasing costs or compromising safety. It is specifically engineered for demanding medium- and low-pressure piping systems characterized by the presence of chloride ions, extensive welding, and zero tolerance for leaks. Both the valve body and disc are made entirely of 316L ultra-low-carbon stainless steel; the molybdenum content provides resistance to pitting corrosion, while a carbon content of ≤0.03% eliminates intergranular corrosion during welding.

  ● The triple-offset design harnesses the wedge-tightening effect of the conical surfaces to convert medium pressure into sealing force, achieving Class VI leak-free performance in both forward and reverse directions, and handling positive and negative pressures at pump inlets and outlets with ease. 
  ● The lug connection eliminates the need for an outer large flange, reducing weight by 30% compared to flanged types. With fewer fasteners and greater alignment tolerance, it can be quickly installed in narrow pipe racks and on deck levels. 
  ● The all-metal sealing pair has passed the API 607 fire resistance test; it will not melt or explode during a fire, serving as the final line of defense for pipelines.
