     316L ultra-low-carbon stainless steel (carbon content ≤0.03%) maintains full corrosion resistance without the need for post-weld heat treatment, eliminating the risk of intergranular corrosion at weld joints; contains 2–3% molybdenum, providing comprehensive resistance to chloride ion pitting and corrosion from weak acids and alkalis. DN450 large-diameter design ensures low-resistance flow, while the PN10 pressure rating is precisely matched for industrial low-pressure pipeline networks. With a purely mechanical drive requiring no power or air supply, it offers excellent explosion-proof performance, making it the most reliable shut-off solution for chlorinated and mildly corrosive welded pipelines in the petrochemical industry.

Product Advantages

   ● Wafer-type connections reduce installation and hoisting costs, significantly decrease pipeline support loads, and allow for in-line disassembly and reassembly without cutting long sections of pipeline, making them particularly suitable for narrow pipe galleries and compact pump rooms.
  ● The all-metal sealing pair contains no rubber or PTFE. It does not soften, cold flow, or carbonize across a wide temperature range from -196°C to 425°C, and the sealing contact stress is locked in at the factory.
  ● The triple-eccentric design utilizes the wedge-tightening effect of the conical surfaces to convert medium pressure into sealing assistance, achieving Class VI airtightness in both forward and reverse directions, ensuring absolutely no leakage at pump inlets/outlets or in forward/reverse delivery pipelines.
