     WCB high-quality carbon steel body, stable operation across a wide temperature range of -29°C to 425°C; 304 stainless steel flow path, resistant to mild corrosion and scaling; DN400 (16-inch) large diameter, with a flow resistance coefficient of only 0.12, offering excellent flow capacity; PN10 nominal pressure, compatible with the vast majority of industrial low-pressure systems; triple-offset all-metal hard seal, meeting the ANSI Class VI zero-leakage standard; purely manual operation, simple to use and maintenance-free.

Product Advantages

   ● A multi-bolt flange ring forms a closed load-bearing ring, evenly distributing the thermal expansion thrust, water hammer bending moments, and self-weight of large-diameter pipelines, ensuring the valve seat sealing surface remains flat and free of warping over long periods.
  ● Stellite alloy-clad sealing surfaces with a hardness of HRC 65 effectively resist erosion from fine sand, steam-induced rust, and oil particles in circulating water; the surfaces become smoother with use, offering a service life several times longer than that of soft seals.
  ● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the operating torque is significantly lower than that of gate valves and ball valves of the same specification, making manual operation smooth and effortless.
