DClass 150 reducer-type insulated triple-offset butterfly valve with a uniform WCB carbon steel cast body, featuring an integrated 28“ × 24” reducer flow path, a wrap-around steam insulation jacket, all-metal hard-on-hard seals, and manual worm gear drive. Custom-designed for medium-pressure, reducer-type heat tracing applications, it addresses the three major industry challenges—medium solidification and blockage, interface leakage, and short seal life—at the structural level, providing a one-stop fluid management solution for the transportation of easily solidifying media.
Product Advantages
● The valve body, the two end reducer flanges, and the insulation jacket are manufactured using an integrated casting process. The jacket cavity and the valve body flow passage are seamlessly integrated, eliminating additional weld joints and sealing discontinuities. This completely avoids the issues of multi-interface leaks and insulation layer damage or detachment associated with the “standard valve + reducer + on-site insulation” solution.
● The valve employs an all-metal hard-on-hard sealing pair structure. Both the seat and the butterfly disc’s sealing surfaces undergo surface hardening and strengthening treatments, followed by precision matching and lapping to calibrate circumferential contact accuracy. This ensures uniform sealing pressure around the entire circumference, achieving a bubble-level zero-leakage standard.
● Based on the proven three-eccentricity design principle, the rotational trajectory of the different-diameter butterfly disc has been specifically optimized. Through triple eccentricity—stem eccentricity, body center eccentricity, and sealing cone angle eccentricity—the sealing surfaces of the butterfly disc and the seat remain free from contact or scraping throughout the entire opening and closing rotation, achieving precise conical contact only when the valve reaches the fully closed position.
