      When operating conditions involve medium- to high-pressure, high-temperature media and media containing abrasive particles, the temperature resistance, pressure-bearing capacity and wear resistance of standard soft-seal butterfly valves reach their limits, whilst traditional gate valves suffer from drawbacks such as their bulky size, slow opening and closing, and difficult maintenance. This DN500 large-bore butt-welded triple-eccentric metal hard-seal butterfly valve utilises a gradient material combination of a WCB carbon steel body paired with a CF8M stainless steel disc, and is rated to a nominal pressure of PN25. Utilising an all-metal hard-on-hard sealing pair and triple-eccentric rotation technology, it provides a fluid control solution for heavy-duty industrial pipelines that combines high pressure resistance, high-temperature resistance and a long service life, redefining sealing reliability under severe operating conditions.

   ● Eschewing the gasket-seal structures typical of traditional flange and lug connections, this valve employs a direct butt-weld connection between the valve body and the pipeline. Once welded, the valve body and pipeline become a single unit, forming a continuous pressure-bearing passage without any breaks, thereby completely eliminating the risk of leakage caused by flange sealing surfaces or gasket ageing.
  ● Featuring an all-metal-to-metal hard-seal pairing, the sealing surfaces of the valve seat and disc undergo precision grinding and surface hardening treatments. The high hardness and exceptional wear resistance of these surfaces enable them to withstand long-term erosion from media such as high-temperature steam and hot oil, with a temperature range far exceeding that of standard soft-seal valves.
