      Made of 4A duplex stainless steel, which combines the toughness of austenitic steel with the strength of ferritic steel, offering resistance to various highly corrosive media and high concentrations of chloride ions; rated at PN10, it is ideally suited for low-pressure process pipelines. The combination of an all-metal hard-to-hard seal and a triple-eccentric opening/closing design eliminates the problems of soft seal aging and pitting corrosion leakage commonly found in standard stainless steel valves.

Product Advantages

  ● The valve’s sealing pair achieves rigid, all-metal engagement through precision lapping of hard alloys, eliminating contamination from seal dissolution and ensuring a service life that matches the entire pipeline lifecycle.
  ● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the operating torque is extremely low, allowing for easy integration with manual, electric, and pneumatic actuators.
  ● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 4A duplex stainless steel (ASTM A995 Gr. 4A). The ferritic-austenitic duplex microstructure provides high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, with a pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) of 35 or higher, enabling it to withstand pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in seawater, concentrated brine, dilute acids and alkalis, and chlorine-containing process media.
