Product Features

      Made of 5A super duplex stainless steel, it withstands extreme corrosive media such as strong acids and high-chlorine environments; with a nominal pressure of PN10, it is ideally suited for low-pressure process pipelines. Combining a full-metal hard-seal design with a triple-eccentric opening and closing mechanism, it completely eliminates the problems of soft seal aging and leakage.

Product Advantages

  ●  The wedge-tightening effect of the triple-offset structure converts medium pressure into sealing force, achieving Class VI airtightness in both forward and reverse directions, making it suitable for pump inlets/outlets or bidirectional flow without directional restrictions.
All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 5A Super Duplex Stainless Steel (ASTM A995 Gr.5A). Through synergistic strengthening with high chromium, high molybdenum, and high nitrogen content, achieving a Pitting Resistance Equivalent (PREN) exceeding 40. In extremely corrosive media such as high-temperature, high-chloride brine, hot concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, seawater, and hydrometallurgical leachate, it demonstrates near-immune resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion.
  ● Each lug features a threaded hole, allowing bolts to be directly tightened to the valve body; even after the downstream pipeline is removed, the valve remains locked against upstream media.
