     Constructed from 316L ultra-low-carbon stainless steel, suitable for highly corrosive media and high-purity requirements; DN700 standard bore diameter to meet high-flow process demands; PN10 nominal pressure for stable operation in low-pressure piping systems. The combination of a full-metal hard-seal and triple-offset design effectively delays component ageing and provides long-lasting, stable fluid control.

Product Advantages

  ● The valve body, disc and other flow-through components are manufactured entirely from 316L ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum enhances resistance to chloride pitting and uniform corrosion from acids and alkalis, whilst the ultra-low-carbon design eliminates the risk of intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of welds at source.
  ● The wedge-tightening effect of the triple-offset structure converts medium pressure into sealing force, achieving Class VI airtightness in both forward and reverse directions, ensuring zero leakage in cooling water supply and return, as well as at pump inlets and outlets.
  ● The metal-to-metal seal contains no rubber or PTFE; it does not soften, cold-flow or carbonise across a wide temperature range from -196°C to 425°C, and the sealing contact stress is locked in at the factory.
