     Designed for low-pressure, large-diameter clean and corrosion-resistant pipelines! The 304L ultra-low-carbon stainless steel ensures a pure, corrosion-resistant body, whilst the DN700 extra-large bore guarantees a robust flow rate, precisely matched to the PN10 pressure system. By combining a full-metal hard-seal with triple-eccentric frictionless technology, it achieves reliable, long-term control of high flow rates with zero ageing and zero leakage.

Product Advantages

  ● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are manufactured from 304L ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. Whilst maintaining excellent resistance to oxidation and mild corrosion, the ultra-low-carbon design eliminates the tendency for intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of welds at the chemical composition level, making it perfectly suited for on-site welding installation and long-distance pipeline splicing.
  ● The all-metal hard-on-hard seal withstands prolonged immersion, scouring by trace amounts of silt and sand, and thermal cycling, eliminating contamination from seal material leaching. The seal’s service life matches the entire lifecycle of the pipeline.
  ● The lug-type structure ensures zero damage to the valve body sealing surface during in-service disassembly and inspection. Maintenance does not require shutting down long sections of pipeline, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
