     Forged from a single piece of 316L ultra-low-carbon stainless steel, it offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and chloride ion attack, making it suitable for a wide range of corrosive media. Designed for a nominal pressure of PN10, it reliably withstands a working pressure of 1.0 MPa, meeting the safe operation requirements of the vast majority of low- and medium-pressure industrial piping systems.

Product Advantages

  ● The metal seal exhibits no elastic degradation and still achieves ANSI Class VI air tightness; the all-metal construction passes the API 607 fire resistance test, ensuring it will not melt or explode, thereby safeguarding the final line of defense for critical low-pressure pipelines.
Valve bodies with clamp-type connections have no protruding flanges, and their axial length is only one-third to one-half that of flanged valves, making them ideal for dense piping layouts in confined spaces such as equipment rooms and pipe racks.
  ● Sealing force is applied by an actuator or handwheel; simply increase the closing torque as pressure rises to achieve a zero-leakage lock—reliability is not dependent on the “mercy” of elastic materials; control remains in human hands.
