Custom-designed for the harsh operating conditions of the petrochemical industry. All flow-through components are made of 304 stainless steel, offering resistance to corrosion from crude oil, refined petroleum products, solvents, and weak acids and alkalis. The 6-inch standard diameter is compatible with petrochemical process piping. Combined with an all-metal hard-to-hard seal and a triple-offset frictionless structure, it achieves zero leakage, zero aging, and long-term reliable shutoff, establishing a robust safety barrier for the transportation of flammable and explosive media.
Product Advantages
● Flanged connections effectively withstand composite loads caused by axial tensile forces, lateral bending moments, and equipment vibrations in pipelines, while allowing for a certain degree of misalignment.
● The valve body, disc, and other major components are all made of 304 austenitic stainless steel. With excellent resistance to oxidation and uniform corrosion, they operate stably in clean or mildly corrosive media such as steam, purified water, compressed air, petroleum products, and organic solvents.
● The triple-offset design features a conical metal sealing pair, achieving bidirectional, equal-pressure, zero-leakage sealing. It is resistant to high temperatures, wear, and media erosion, enabling long-term stable operation under severe conditions such as those involving particulate-laden or high-velocity fluids.
