      Designed for small-diameter, highly corrosive, and demanding shut-off applications, this precision-engineered valve combines the corrosion resistance of 4A duplex stainless steel, a DN80 precision flow path, and the reliable load-bearing capacity of PN16 medium-pressure rating. Integrated with a full-metal hard-seal design, it delivers ultimate reliability with zero aging and zero leakage.

Product Advantages

  ● The flange bolt assembly forms a closed load-bearing ring, evenly distributing thermal expansion thrust, water hammer impacts, and pipeline bending moments. This ensures the valve seat sealing surface remains flat over the long term and is not subjected to off-center forces.
  ● The valve body and disc are constructed entirely from 4A duplex stainless steel (ASTM A995 Gr. 4A). The duplex microstructure combines the high strength and toughness of ferrite with the exceptional corrosion resistance of austenite, achieving a pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) of over 35. This enables the valve to withstand pitting and stress corrosion with ease in seawater, high-concentration chloride solutions, and organic and inorganic acid-base solutions.
  ● The hardfacing layer has a hardness of HRC 65, effectively resisting continuous erosion from sand-laden cooling water, crystalline particles in acidic solutions, and steam-induced rust. The sealing surface maintains contact without wear, becoming smoother with use.
