      Combining the strength and toughness of WCB carbon steel with Class 150LB medium-pressure rating, and featuring a full-metal hard-seal design, this valve provides a durable, zero-leakage solution for high-temperature, high-frequency, and particulate-laden shut-off applications.

Product Advantages

  ● The valve body and disc are crafted from WCB cast carbon steel, offering a perfect balance of strength and toughness to effortlessly absorb pipeline pressure pulsations and thermal expansion stresses. The valve is strictly designed to meet the ANSI Class 150LB pressure rating, providing full resistance to water hammer impacts and temperature fluctuations, ensuring structural integrity without deformation even under frequent opening and closing cycles.
  ● The all-metal hard-on-hard sealing pair completely eliminates the use of graphite and elastic components, eradicating high-temperature aging and creep at the source, and maintaining absolute sealing rigidity across the range from vacuum to the rated pressure differential.
  ● The standard double-flange gasket seal features fastening bolts that do not penetrate the valve body. This design ensures excellent alignment during installation and effectively distributes pipeline thrust and vibration; during in-service maintenance, the valve body sealing surfaces remain undamaged, significantly reducing downtime and achieving low maintenance costs.
