     Designed for high-frequency shutoff and automatic control of large-diameter, high-temperature, and particulate-laden media. Combining a high-strength WCB body with a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel sealing pair and an ultra-large DN500 bore, this valve integrates all-metal hard-to-hard technology with an electric actuator to achieve frictionless, leak-free, unmanned operation over extended periods.

Product Advantages

  ● The valve body is constructed from WCB cast carbon steel, providing a high-strength, high-rigidity pressure-bearing framework for large-diameter applications, effectively absorbing pipeline stresses and pressure pulsations.
  ● The disc and sealing surfaces are made of 316 stainless steel with hard alloy surfacing or integral lapping, offering a balance of oxidation resistance, resistance to mild corrosion, and resistance to particle erosion. This ensures stable operation in steam, hot water, oil, gas, and media containing trace dust particles.
  ● The valve features a wafer-type, flangeless, slim-profile design, with the body clamped directly between two pipe flanges and secured by through-bolts. This design saves installation space and reduces hoisting costs, while significantly lowering pipeline support loads. Installation and disassembly are convenient; maintenance does not require shutting down long sections of pipeline, resulting in a significant increase in the efficiency of online maintenance.
