     Constructed from a single piece of 316 stainless steel, with a carbon content of ≤0.08% and a molybdenum content of 2–3%, offering 3–5 times the resistance to chloride ion corrosion compared to 304 stainless steel; rated for Class 600LB nominal pressure, with stable operation across an ultra-wide temperature range of -196°C to 450°C; features a pure metal hard-seal design that ensures friction-free operation throughout the opening and closing cycle, providing a tight seal with zero leakage; Manual operation, completely independent of electricity. The top choice for high-pressure, high-temperature applications involving chlorine-containing media.

Product Advantages

   ● Features a rigid flange connection structure compliant with ASME B16.5 standards, offering excellent resistance to high-pressure deformation. Suitable for large-diameter pipeline installation, with tight sealing surface contact. Maintenance requires no complete disassembly of the pipeline, ensuring convenience and efficiency.
  ● Features a 316 metal sealing face combined with high-temperature-resistant, flexible multi-layer graphite composite. Under extreme conditions such as high-pressure steam purging and the transportation of acidic oil and gas, it ensures bidirectional zero leakage from zero pressure to full rated pressure differential. This eliminates the persistent problem of internal leakage caused by high-temperature aging in soft seals and resists erosion from corrosive particles.
  ● The passivation film on the disc and valve body remains stable in high-temperature chlorine-containing steam, preventing peeling or pitting. There is absolutely no contamination of the medium by corrosion by-products, making it suitable for the most severe high-temperature chlorine corrosion environments.
