Features a robust, one-piece cast WCB carbon steel body capable of withstanding Class 600LB high-pressure, high-temperature conditions. Leveraging the exceptional strength and temperature resistance of all-carbon steel, it provides a cost-effective, leak-free and reliable shut-off solution for industrial piping systems, offering a more economical alternative to expensive alloy solutions.

Product Advantages

   ● The flanges clamp a stainless steel graphite wound gasket, with bolts tightened uniformly in a circumferential pattern, ensuring that high-pressure steam, high-temperature oil and toxic gases cannot escape, providing both fire protection and leak prevention in a single step.
  ● The self-locking characteristics of the worm gear ensure the disc remains immovable at the preset angle, preventing rebound upon closure and eliminating false actuation at high temperatures.
  ● The sealing force derives entirely from the mechanical torque output by the worm gearbox; as medium pressure and temperature rise, the wedge-tightening effect on the conical surfaces becomes increasingly pronounced, achieving Class VI airtightness in both forward and reverse directions, ensuring absolutely no leakage at pump inlets and outlets or during forward and reverse flow.
