     Crafted from 304 stainless steel, it forms a clean barrier for high-pressure, high-temperature applications, whilst its all-metal hard seal ensures long-lasting durability. With a Class 600LB pressure rating, it securely contains high-pressure hot flows and can be operated independently without the need for an external power supply. It establishes an infallible, zero-leakage safety fortress for high-pressure, high-temperature clean pipelines in the food and fine chemicals industries.

Product Advantages

   ● The valve body, disc and other flow-through components are all manufactured from 304 austenitic stainless steel. Thanks to its excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and uniform corrosion, it maintains long-lasting heat resistance and a smooth surface in non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as high-pressure steam, high-temperature hot water, thermal oil and clean gases, eliminating contamination from high-temperature rust scale found in carbon steel.
  ● The 304 metal sealing face is combined with a multi-layer composite of high-temperature-resistant flexible graphite, offering both the rigid support of metal and the high-temperature micro-compensation elasticity of graphite.
  ● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the operating torque is significantly lower than that of high-temperature gate valves and ball valves of the same specification, ensuring smooth and effortless manual operation.
