Product Features
Tailored specifically for high-temperature, high-pressure, clean, and mildly corrosive pipelines requiring extensive welding. Constructed from 304L ultra-low-carbon stainless steel, it eliminates the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding and is fully capable of withstanding Class 600LB high-pressure, high-temperature operating conditions. Combining the welding safety of ultra-low-carbon stainless steel with the long-lasting durability of a solid metal hard seal, it achieves reliable, leak-free shut-off without the need for an external power source.
Product Advantages
● Equipped with a worm gear gearbox that significantly amplifies the torque of the handwheel, allowing a single operator to open and close 600LB high-temperature, large-bore valves with minimal effort.
● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are manufactured from 304L ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. Whilst retaining the excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and uniform corrosion resistance of 304, the ultra-low-carbon design eliminates the risk of intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone during welding at source, ensuring long-term safety following on-site welding and installation.
● The triple-offset design utilises a three-dimensional offset between the valve stem axis and the sealing surface, ensuring that the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and only makes contact with the sealing surface during the final stage of closing. This design eliminates sliding friction during operation, significantly reducing wear on the sealing surfaces and substantially extending the valve’s service life.
