    Overcomes three major industry challenges in high-pressure, high-temperature, chlorine-containing environments: insufficient pressure rating, corrosion-induced leakage, and failure due to power outages. WCB carbon steel offers exceptional strength, toughness, and heat resistance, while 316 stainless steel provides precise chlorine resistance. The Class 600LB high-pressure rating ensures safety and reliability. The all-metal hard seal is resistant to high-temperature aging, and the self-contained, power-independent design ensures rapid shut-off of the heat flow in any emergency, significantly reducing the risk of safety incidents.

Product Advantages

   ● Dual-flange gasket sealing with bolts that do not penetrate the valve body. Ensures precise alignment during installation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, effectively absorbing thermal expansion thrust and mechanical vibrations from the pipeline.
  ● The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, offering excellent high-temperature strength and thermal fatigue resistance, providing a sturdy pressure-bearing framework for the valve; the disc and sealing surfaces are made of 316 austenitic stainless steel, which maintains the integrity of the sealing surfaces over the long term in high-pressure steam, high-temperature oils, and heat transfer fluids thanks to its outstanding resistance to high-temperature oxidation and mild corrosion.
  ● Equipped with a worm gear gearbox, the valve operates without reliance on power or air sources, ensuring absolutely reliable operation in high-temperature explosion-proof zones and emergency conditions.
