    The Class 150 36-inch electric triple-offset hard-seal butterfly valve uses WCB carbon steel as its standard pressure-bearing base material. It precisely meets the ANSI Class 150 pressure rating and 36-inch nominal diameter, deeply integrating proven triple-offset hard-seal technology with an electric actuator tailored to specific operating conditions. With a pragmatic design philosophy of “just the right configuration, uncompromised performance,” delivering a long-lasting, reliable, low-maintenance, and cost-effective automated fluid control solution for medium- to large-scale main pipeline networks.


Product Advantages

   ● For medium-to-large 36-inch sizes, flanged connections offer greater installation flexibility and ensure clear, standardized alignment during hoisting, making them particularly suitable for outdoor sites and projects with limited construction conditions.   ● During maintenance, the entire valve can be independently disassembled and reassembled without affecting the main pipelines on either side, significantly reducing downtime for medium- and large-scale pipeline networks while lowering safety risks and construction costs associated with work at heights or underground.

  ● Utilizing the proven three-eccentric design principle—which incorporates eccentricity in the valve stem, valve body center, and sealing cone angle—the rotation trajectory of the butterfly disc is precisely optimized. This ensures that throughout the entire opening and closing process, the sealing surface remains completely separated from the seat with no contact or scraping, achieving precise conical contact only when the valve reaches the fully closed position.

  ● Compared to soft-seal structures such as rubber and PTFE, the all-metal sealing pair offers a wider temperature tolerance range, withstands thermal cycling, and is resistant to punctures or scratches from silt, fibers, or solid particles in the medium. It is free from failure risks such as aging, swelling, cold flow, or peeling.
