This Class 150, 48-inch flanged triple-eccentric metal-sealed butterfly valve features a valve body and disc both cast from WCB carbon steel. Equipped with an industrial electric actuator and utilizing a proven triple-eccentric metal-sealed system, it provides an integrated fluid control solution for medium-pressure, ultra-high-flow main pipelines, offering a robust structure, automated control, and long-lasting sealing performance.
Product Advantages
● Compared to other connection methods, the flanged assembly process is standardized, allowing for controlled positioning during the hoisting of large-diameter valves. During subsequent maintenance and repairs, the valve can be disassembled and reinstalled independently without the need for extensive dismantling of the main pipeline, significantly reducing downtime costs and construction risks associated with large-scale pipeline networks. It is particularly suitable for trunk systems requiring long-term, uninterrupted operation.
● In the closed position, a wedge-shaped self-tightening seal mechanism is formed; the higher the medium pressure, the tighter the sealing surfaces are pressed together, allowing the system to adapt to fluctuations in pipeline pressure. At the same time, this effectively reduces the torque required for opening and closing, alleviating the load on the electric actuator and delivering the dual benefits of effortless operation and long-lasting sealing for large-diameter valves.
● The actuator supports multiple modes, including on/off control and proportional regulation, and is compatible with mainstream DCS and PLC control systems. It enables remote centralized control and real-time feedback of operating status, making it perfectly suited for unmanned operation and maintenance in large pumping stations and long-distance transmission pipelines.
