     The WCB carbon steel body provides high-strength pressure-bearing capacity, while the 316 stainless steel sealing surfaces ensure corrosion and wear resistance. The PN16 nominal pressure is suitable for medium-pressure piping systems, and the electric actuator enables precise automated control. Fully welded connections completely eliminate the risk of external leakage, while the triple-offset hard seal ensures a tight internal seal. This dual-seal design guarantees long-term stable operation.

Product Advantages

  ● The valve ends are directly butt-welded to the pipeline, eliminating flanges, gaskets, and bolts to form a permanent all-metal welded seal. With no leakage points outside the packing gland, the design is intrinsically safe, eliminating the need for replacement of aging flange gaskets and reducing maintenance costs. The welds are fully radiographically tested, meeting safety standards for the transportation of high-pressure and flammable/explosive media.
  ● The sealing pair combines 316 stainless steel with flexible graphite, offering both the rigid support of metal and the micro-compensating elasticity of graphite. It exhibits no cold flow or relaxation under sustained high temperatures or thermal cycling—such as during steam purging or thermal oil circulation—and maintains zero leakage in both directions across the full pressure differential.
  ● The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, providing high strength, toughness, and resistance to thermal fatigue, and reliably withstanding pipeline stress and pressure pulsations. The disc and sealing surfaces are made of 316 austenitic stainless steel, which, thanks to its excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and mild corrosion, maintains the integrity of the sealing surfaces over the long term when handling media such as steam, thermal oil, high-temperature oils, and gases.
