    This product harnesses pneumatic power to enable rapid automated shut-off in harsh operating conditions. It features a gradient combination of a robust WCB carbon steel body and 316 stainless steel sealing surfaces, with a Class 150LB medium-pressure rating. By integrating pneumatic actuation, multi-layer hard seals, and a triple-eccentric design, it achieves millisecond-level shut-off, zero leakage, and long service life through intelligent control.

Product Advantages

  ● The spring-return module for the pneumatic actuator is optional. In the event of a loss of air or power, the valve automatically returns to a preset safe position (fully open or fully closed), providing mechanical-level assurance for interlock protection.
  ● The metal-to-metal seal offers no elastic wear, and the all-metal construction passes the API 607 fire resistance test—it will not melt or explode, serving as the final line of defense for pipelines.
  ● The flange bolt assembly forms a closed load-bearing ring, evenly absorbing thermal expansion thrust, water hammer impacts, and self-weight, ensuring the valve seat sealing surface remains flat and free of warping over extended periods.
