     Made of corrosion-resistant 304L stainless steel, rated for 150 psi, and featuring multi-layer seals that ensure both zero leakage and high-temperature resistance—specifically designed for clean piping systems, mildly corrosive environments containing trace amounts of chlorine, and low-to-medium pressure thermal pipelines. Combining the elasticity of ultra-low-carbon stainless steel with the rapid response of pneumatic actuation, it creates a zero-leakage shut-off hub.

Product Advantages

  ● The wafer-type design offers outstanding cost advantages, requiring the least material and resulting in lower procurement costs compared to lug-type and flanged valves. The economic benefits are particularly significant in low-to-medium pressure, large-diameter pipelines.
  ● The pneumatic actuator is a safe choice, with spring-return available as an option. In the event of a loss of air or power, the valve automatically resets to the fully open or fully closed position according to preset settings, providing mechanical-level assurance for interlock protection.
  ● The double-offset design reduces operating torque to just 1/3 to 1/5 of that required for metal-seated ball valves of the same diameter. This allows for the use of smaller-bore cylinders with pneumatic actuators, resulting in lower compressed air consumption.
