The double-offset soft seal ensures long-term leak-free and maintenance-free operation, providing stable and reliable automated intelligent control for various industrial pipelines.

Product Advantages

  ● All flow-passing components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 304 austenitic stainless steel. With excellent resistance to oxidation and uniform corrosion, they perform reliably in media such as steam, hot water, compressed air, oils, and organic solvents. The smooth surface eliminates rust contamination from carbon steel.
  ● The preload of the wafer-type connection bolts is uniformly transmitted through the pipe flanges to the entire sealing surface of the valve, eliminating seal failure issues caused by uneven loading and warping commonly found in flanged connections. Sealing is more reliable under medium and low-pressure conditions, and as pipe pressure increases, the clamping force on the sealing surface increases synchronously, achieving a self-tightening sealing effect.
  ● Based on a dual-eccentric geometric design, the automatic wedging effect ensures that higher medium pressure results in greater sealing pressure, making the valve tighter as it closes, thereby significantly extending the service life of both the valve and the actuator.
