  ● The flange bolt cluster forms a closed load-bearing ring, evenly absorbing thermal expansion thrust, water hammer impacts, and self-weight, ensuring the valve seat sealing surface remains flat and free from warping over the long term.
The hard-seal is overlaid with a HRC 65 hardfacing, effectively resisting erosion from steam rust, fine sand in water, and crystalline particles in the medium. It maintains contact without wear, becoming smoother over time, and offers a service life several times longer than soft seals.
