      The PN10 DN600 flanged triple-offset hard-seal butterfly valve features a one-piece cast valve body and disc made entirely of 304 stainless steel, combined with a high-rigidity flanged connection and three-dimensional triple-offset wear-free sealing technology. It has been thoroughly optimized for low-pressure, high-flow mainline applications, It maintains micron-level sealing precision and long-term corrosion resistance even in ultra-large-bore applications, establishing a robust core defense for the stable operation of high-flow pipelines.

     ●  The valve body and both end flanges are cast as a single piece from the same material, eliminating welded joints and stress concentration points. The overall structural rigidity far exceeds that of wafer-type designs, enabling uniform distribution of external forces—such as foundation settlement, pipeline vibration, and water flow impact—commonly encountered in DN600 large-diameter pipelines. This prevents localized leakage caused by valve body skew or seal face misalignment at the source.

    ●   To address the self-weight of the large DN600 butterfly disc and the medium thrust under low-pressure, high-flow conditions, the valve is equipped with a heavy-duty worm gear drive mechanism. Featuring a scientifically optimized high-reduction-ratio transmission design and a multi-pivot low-friction bearing configuration, it efficiently amplifies the operating torque, allowing a single operator to smoothly complete the full 0°–90° opening and closing cycle and fine-tune the valve opening simply by turning the handwheel. The torque remains uniform and smooth throughout the entire process, with no jamming or dead spots, thereby resolving the industry-wide challenge of labor-intensive manual operation for large-diameter valves.

    ●   Utilizing the proven three-dimensional triple-eccentric structure principle and specifically optimized for the rotational trajectory of the DN600 large-diameter butterfly disc, the triple offset—achieved through shaft eccentricity, valve body center eccentricity, and sealing cone angle eccentricity—ensures that the sealing surface of the butterfly disc does not scrape against the valve seat at any point during the entire opening and closing process, with precise conical contact occurring only at the fully closed position.
