     Made of 321 stainless steel with anti-sensitization properties, featuring a DN800 flow capacity and PN10 low-pressure design that prevents leakage—this valve is engineered for large-diameter, high-temperature, clean, and mildly corrosive pipelines. Combining the heat-resistant properties of titanium-stabilized stainless steel with electric remote control, it serves as a reliable shut-off hub that never sensitizes and offers precise opening and closing control.

Product Advantages

  ● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are constructed from 321 austenitic stainless steel. Designed as a nickel-chromium-titanium alloy stabilized with titanium, it maintains excellent mechanical properties and oxidation resistance even at temperatures up to 800°C. Eliminating the risk of intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of welds, it provides a stable and durable corrosion-resistant barrier in high-temperature exhaust gas pipelines for petroleum refining, boiler heat exchangers, high-temperature flue gas systems, and oxidizing media such as organic acids.
  ● The electric actuator’s built-in torque protection and position feedback ensure smooth, shock-free motor operation, making it suitable for frequent opening and closing of large-diameter valves and emergency shut-off requirements. It completely replaces manual operation, enabling unmanned, intelligent operation in high-temperature and high-risk areas.
  ● The standard double-flange gasket sealing structure ensures that fastening bolts do not penetrate the valve body. In DN800 large-diameter applications, precise installation alignment effectively absorbs thermal expansion thrust and mechanical vibrations from pipelines; during online maintenance, the valve body sealing surfaces remain undamaged, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance while significantly reducing downtime and restart times.
