This PN10 DN150 all-316 manual worm gear wafer-type triple-eccentric butterfly valve is specifically designed for low-pressure, high-flow, mildly corrosive, and high-frequency control applications. The entire series features valve bodies and discs precision-crafted from 316 stainless steel, combined with a lightweight wafer-type installation structure, a precision worm gear control system, and triple-eccentric wear-free hard-seal technology. With its high-grade materials, stable performance, and extremely low operating and maintenance costs, it is the preferred choice for standardized upgrades in low-pressure corrosion-resistant pipeline networks.
Product Advantages
● Utilizing a mature and upgraded three-dimensional triple-eccentric rotary structure, the valve achieves a precise, tight seal only when fully closed. Upon closure, it forms a self-adaptive wedge-shaped self-tightening seal that automatically compensates for the sealing gap based on medium pressure. With exceptional pressure adaptability, it maintains a tight seal even under unstable low-pressure conditions, significantly extending the valve’s service life.
● The sealing surfaces undergo ultra-precision machining and one-to-one matched lapping, ensuring precise control over flatness and roundness. Upon closure, they achieve uniform contact around the entire circumference, generating sufficient sealing pressure even under PN10 low-pressure conditions to achieve a bubble-level, zero-leakage seal.
● Featuring an industry-preferred ultra-thin wafer-type design, the valve body is lightweight and compact, eliminating the need for flange-mounted counterweights and significantly reducing overall weight. It supports bidirectional installation and can be secured simply by clamping it between standard PN10 flanges, eliminating the need for hot work welding or complex accessories. The installation process is extremely streamlined, doubling construction efficiency.
