      This manual worm-gear wafer-type triple-eccentric butterfly valve maintains high quality standards even for small-diameter models. The valve body and disc are precision-cast from 316 stainless steel throughout, precisely matched to the PN16 nominal pressure rating and standard Chinese national nominal diameters. Centered on triple-eccentric wear-free sealing technology, it delivers a corrosion-resistant flow control solution for low-pressure, small-to-medium-diameter pipelines—ensuring “one-time installation and long-term maintenance-free operation”—and provides trunk-line-level durability even in branch line applications.

Product Advantages

    ● The valve features a metal hard seal pair made of the same 316 stainless steel material. The sealing surfaces undergo precision machining and matched lapping, ensuring uniform and controllable contact gaps around the entire circumference. Even under low-pressure PN10 conditions, this design generates sufficient sealing pressure to achieve bubble-level zero leakage, addressing the common issues of leakage in standard soft-seal low-pressure applications and the tendency for adhesion and aging during long-term inactivity.

   ● To meet flow control requirements for small-to-medium diameters (DN125), the worm gear transmission ratio has been specifically optimized. The handwheel rotates smoothly with uniform, gentle torque, allowing a single operator to easily complete the full 0–90° opening and closing cycle. It also enables precise adjustment of minute valve openings, making it perfectly suited for fine-tuning flow in process branch lines.

   ● Compared to flanged valves of the same specification, the wafer-type design significantly reduces the difficulty of installation and removal. During retrofits of aging branch lines or equipment maintenance and replacement, the valve body can be quickly removed by simply loosening the bolts without disturbing surrounding pipelines, effectively shortening downtime. This makes it particularly suitable for batch upgrades of branch pipeline networks with numerous, widely dispersed points.
