Product Advantages
● Unlike traditional PTFE and rubber soft-seal butterfly valves, which have inherent limitations, this valve employs an all-metal hard-seal design. The sealing pair is precision-matched and lapped to ensure an extremely tight fit, achieving a bubble-tight, zero-leakage seal when closed.
● Throughout the entire opening and closing cycle, the sealing face remains completely separated from the seat—with zero contact and zero scraping—eliminating the most common wear and tear issues associated with hard-seal valves at their source. This maximally preserves the precision of the sealing pair and ensures minimal degradation of opening and closing performance.
● The worm gear structure features a built-in physical self-locking function, securely locking the butterfly disc in place at any opening position. This prevents opening shifts caused by medium pressure surges or pipeline vibrations, ensuring stable and reliable control accuracy.
