     In PN63 medium- to high-pressure fluid pipelines, a valve’s maximum pressure rating, corrosion resistance, and seal service life directly determine the operational safety and maintenance costs of the entire system. The high cost of all-alloy construction, coupled with the inability of standard materials to withstand the dual challenges of high pressure and corrosion, has long been a common challenge in industry selection. This manual worm-gear triple-eccentric hard-seal butterfly valve, innovatively employs a gradient material configuration of a “304 stainless steel pressure-bearing valve body + 316 stainless steel disc with STL hard alloy surfacing.” Precisely engineered for a DN300 nominal diameter and PN63 nominal pressure, its layered reinforcement design optimally allocates the three key performance attributes—pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance—to their respective roles, delivering a highly reliable, cost-effective, and long-lasting fluid control solution for medium- and high-pressure corrosive environments.

Product Advantages

   ●  The valve body features a one-piece high-pressure flange structure, with the flange and body cast as a single unit from the same material—eliminating welded joints and stress concentration points. The flange thickness, bolt hole diameters, and quantity are strictly matched to the requirements of the PN63 pressure rating. During installation, the valve is secured to the pipeline flange using high-strength bolts, ensuring uniform force distribution across the entire sealing surface. This prevents off-center loading and warping under high pressure, and, when combined with a sealing gasket, achieves a stable and reliable static seal.
   ● To address the significant opening and closing resistance of the DN300 large butterfly disc under high PN63 pressure differentials, the product is equipped with a heavy-duty worm gear drive mechanism. Featuring a high-reduction-ratio transmission design and a multi-pivot low-friction bearing configuration, it efficiently amplifies the operating torque in stages. A single operator can smoothly complete the full 0°–90° opening and closing cycle and fine-tune the valve opening by turning the handwheel. The torque remains uniform and smooth throughout the entire process, with no jamming or dead spots, making manual operation of high-pressure, large-diameter valves effortless.
STL cobalt-based alloy combines high hardness with excellent toughness. Not only can it withstand the sealing contact pressure generated by PN63-grade high pressure—without the crushing, puncturing, or deformation issues common in soft seals—but it also effectively resists erosion and wear caused by fine particles in high-pressure media. Its applicable temperature range spans ambient to medium-high temperatures, and it maintains stable performance without degradation under alternating hot and cold conditions.
