    ● The mirror-finish precision-polished disc is the core differentiating feature of this product: the seal contact surface, free of sharp edges, will not scratch or tear the soft-seal seat during opening and closing. This minimizes seal wear at the contact surface—the root cause—and significantly extends the overall service life of the sealing pair, making it particularly suitable for applications involving frequent start-stop and regulation of branch lines.

    ● High-performance, corrosion-resistant elastic soft-seal seats are used to form a high-precision sealing pair with the mirror-polished CF8M butterfly disc. Unlike the hard contact between ordinary, rough butterfly discs and seals, the mirror-polished butterfly disc has a smooth, dense surface that uniformly and flexibly conforms to the soft-seal seat when closed. This ensures an even distribution of sealing pressure, achieving bubble-level zero leakage across the entire PN16 pressure range—with no micro-seepage at low pressure and no collapse at high pressure.
