     Crafted entirely from 304 stainless steel for a durable, corrosion-resistant body; PTFE seals resist acid and alkali corrosion; and 150 psi pressure-rated operation ensures safety and reliability. Suitable for the conveyance of chlorine-containing, mildly corrosive, and clean fluids under medium- and low-pressure conditions. Combining superior material properties with a high-seal-tightness design, it opens and closes smoothly and effortlessly, firmly maintaining a leak-free safety barrier for pipelines.

Product Advantages

   ● The butterfly disc fits precisely against the PTFE sealing ring. PTFE remains chemically inert in strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and organic solvents, with no aging, swelling, or leaching of contaminants into the medium.
  ● It can be configured with a handle or gearbox for direct drive, requiring no power or air supply, making it suitable for any remote, explosion-proof, or emergency site.
  ● Each lug is secured directly to the pipe flange with short bolts; the bolts do not penetrate the valve body, resulting in a weight significantly lighter than that of a double-flange structure. Installation and removal are extremely convenient, allowing for in-line replacement without the need to cut long sections of piping.
