Product Advantages

    ● The sealing surface and flow-passing surface of the butterfly disc undergo multiple precision polishing processes, achieving a mirror-like surface finish and significantly reducing surface roughness. The mirror-smooth flow-passing surface substantially reduces fluid resistance, improves flow efficiency, and lowers energy consumption during medium transportation.

    ● The valve employs a high-performance, corrosion-resistant, elastic soft-seal seat that forms a high-precision sealing pair with the mirror-polished CF8 butterfly disc. Unlike the hard contact between ordinary, rough butterfly discs and seals, the mirror-polished butterfly disc features a smooth, dense surface that uniformly and flexibly conforms to the soft-seal seat when closed. This ensures an even distribution of sealing pressure, achieving bubble-level zero leakage across the entire PN16 pressure range—with no micro-leakage at low pressure and no collapse at high pressure.

    ● Based on the classic double-eccentric design principle, the valve’s opening and closing motion path is optimized through the dual-trajectory adjustment of the stem axis offset and the disc sealing surface center offset. When the valve opens, the disc first moves radially away from the seat sealing surface and then rotates synchronously with the stem; throughout the entire process, the sealing surfaces do not experience continuous scraping, thereby reducing seal wear at the structural level.
