     This flanged triple-eccentric hard-seal butterfly valve uses classic industrial WCB carbon cast steel as its uniform pressure-bearing body. It features an all-metal hard-seal pair and three-dimensional triple-eccentric frictionless opening and closing technology, combined with GB-standard flanges and a self-locking worm gear drive. By comprehensively enhancing durability across three key dimensions—pressure resistance, sealing, and structure—it achieves “Install Once, long-term worry-free operation," making it the preferred standard choice for reducing costs and improving efficiency in medium-pressure general-purpose pipelines.

    ● Features an all-metal hard-on-hard sealing pair structure. Both the valve seat and the disc’s sealing surfaces undergo surface hardening and strengthening treatments, followed by a one-to-one precision matching and grinding process to calibrate circumferential contact accuracy. This ensures uniform and consistent sealing pressure around the entire circumference when closed, achieving a bubble-tight, zero-leakage standard.

    ● Utilizing the proven three-dimensional triple-eccentric design principle, this valve combines stem eccentricity and disc eccentricity with a sealing cone angle eccentricity, with all three offsets precisely calibrated to optimize the disc’s rotational trajectory. The double-eccentric structure allows the disc to first disengage radially from the sealing surface upon opening, significantly reducing the friction stroke and minimizing sealing surface wear at the fundamental level; the third-level conical angle eccentricity further optimizes the disc’s motion path, ensuring that the sealing surface and seat remain completely disengaged—with zero contact and zero scraping—throughout the entire opening and closing rotation, achieving precise conical surface contact only at the moment of full closure.

    ● Alignment marks are provided on the flange faces, enabling faster and more accurate on-site hoisting and positioning, which effectively improves construction efficiency; the sealing surfaces undergo high-precision CNC machining in a single clamping operation, with strict control over flatness and surface finish, ensuring a stable static seal when paired with standard gaskets. Standardized interfaces support independent disassembly and assembly of the valve; subsequent maintenance or replacement does not require disconnecting the main pipelines on either side, significantly reducing downtime and lowering the complexity and cost of operation and maintenance.
