     The PN16 DN250 flanged triple-eccentric multi-layer butterfly valve features an industrial-grade WCB carbon cast steel body designed for heavy-duty pressure applications. It incorporates a multi-layer sealing system with a gradient-layered configuration of “flexible seal + rigid support + metal body,” combined with an integrated heavy-duty flange and high-torque worm gear drive, and a three-dimensional triple-eccentric frictionless opening/closing mechanism, it achieves zero leakage across all operating conditions—from low pressure to the PN16 rated pressure—providing a long-lasting, highly reliable, and low-maintenance fluid control solution for medium-pressure, high-flow main pipeline networks.

    ●  The flange faces are equipped with a guide and positioning structure, enabling precise and efficient alignment during the hoisting and installation of large-diameter valves, effectively reducing the difficulty of on-site alignment; The sealing surfaces undergo high-precision single-clamping machining with strict control over flatness and concentricity, ensuring a stable static seal when paired with specialized medium-pressure gaskets. During future maintenance or replacement, the valve can be disassembled and reassembled independently without disrupting the main pipelines on either side, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance on the main pipeline network and lowering operational costs and safety risks.

    ●  For the DN250 large-diameter sealing surface, the complete absence of friction eliminates wear during opening and closing of the large sealing surface, maximizing the protection of the integrity and precision of the multi-layer sealing structure. This ensures that sealing performance remains stable and meets standards even after 1,000 cycles of opening and closing, thereby extending the valve’s overall service life many times over. When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface creates a natural wedge-shaped self-tightening effect; the higher the working pressure of the medium, the tighter the seal.
