Combined with an integrated flange rigid connection, a heavy-duty worm gear for effortless operation, and three-dimensional triple-eccentric frictionless opening and closing technology, it delivers “no deformation under pressure, zero leakage at full pressure, and low wear during long-term use” in the 25 kg pressure range, making it the durable, top choice for medium-pressure, small-to-medium-diameter pipelines that balance reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Product Advantages
● It employs a multi-layer composite sealing structure with alternating “rigid metal skeleton layers + flexible sealing layers,” optimized for gradient pressure distribution in PN25 medium-pressure applications, thereby overcoming the performance limitations of single-seal designs. Under low-pressure conditions, the flexible sealing layer achieves a tight, full-circumferential seal through elastic deformation, resulting in bubble-level zero leakage and resolving the common issue of micro-seepage in pure hard seals at low pressures. As pressure rises to the PN25 rated value, the metal rigid layer gradually assumes the primary sealing contact pressure, effectively resisting the compressive loads associated with medium pressure and avoiding the shortcomings of pure soft seals—such as collapse under high pressure, cold flow deformation, and rapid aging.
● It employs a proven three-dimensional triple-eccentric design, which builds upon the dual-eccentric configuration (stem eccentricity + disc eccentricity) by adding sealing cone angle eccentricity, resulting in triple-track optimization. The double-eccentric structure allows the butterfly disc to first move radially away from the sealing surface upon opening, significantly reducing the friction stroke and minimizing sealing surface wear at the fundamental level; the third-level conical angle eccentricity further reshapes the butterfly disc’s rotational path, ensuring that throughout the entire opening and closing process, the sealing surface remains completely separated from the valve seat—with zero contact and zero scraping—and only makes precise conical contact at the instant of full closure.
● To address opening and closing resistance under medium pressure differentials at PN25, the worm gear transmission ratio has been specifically optimized. A heavy-duty reduction transmission structure is employed to achieve higher torque amplification efficiency. A single operator can easily complete the full 0–90° opening and closing cycle and fine-tune the valve position by turning the handwheel. The operating torque is uniform and smooth, with no stuttering or dead spots, effortlessly overcoming the resistance of the butterfly disc under medium-pressure conditions.
