Product Advantages

    ● Both the valve body and disc are precision-cast as a single piece from high-quality WCB carbon steel. As the most widely used classic pressure-bearing material in the industrial valve sector, it combines high strength, good toughness, and excellent resistance to impact and water hammer. It can stably withstand medium loads and pressure fluctuations under a nominal pressure of PN16 over the long term, The valve body exhibits minimal structural deformation and carries no risk of stress cracking. Its durability far exceeds that of cast iron valves, while its cost is significantly lower than that of stainless steel valve bodies, making it the optimal base material choice for conventional, non-highly corrosive operating conditions.

    ● The sealing matrix is firmly bonded to the WCB valve body, eliminating the risk of detachment or delamination under alternating hot and cold conditions. Its applicable temperature range is far broader than that of ordinary rubber or PTFE soft seals. A single valve can accommodate a variety of media, including room-temperature water, medium-temperature hot water, and low-pressure oils, significantly reducing the number of valve types required on-site and lowering spare parts inventory costs, truly achieving “one valve for multiple uses.”

    ● To address the self-weight of the DN100 WCB butterfly disc and the opening/closing resistance, the worm gear transmission ratio has been specifically optimized to achieve high torque amplification efficiency. A single person can easily complete the full 0–90° opening and closing cycle as well as fine adjustments at small openings with just one hand. Operation feels smooth and consistent, with no sticking or dead spots. The mechanism incorporates a built-in mechanical self-locking device that reliably locks the butterfly disc in place at any opening position, preventing opening drift caused by reverse medium impact or pipeline vibration, and ensuring stable and controllable precision in shutoff and flow regulation.
