Product Features
This 10K 500A wafer-type triple-eccentric butterfly valve, is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with JIS standards. The valve body and disc are constructed from a corrosion-resistant base material of all-316 stainless steel. By combining a lightweight wafer-type structure with triple-eccentric long-life sealing technology, it delivers comprehensive benefits—including lighter weight, enhanced corrosion resistance, precise fit, and reduced operational and maintenance costs—under high-flow, medium-pressure conditions. This product provides a cost-effective solution for upgrading fluid control in JIS-compliant industrial and municipal pipeline networks.
Product Advantages
● To address the circumferential stress challenges posed by the large 500A nominal diameter, the product utilizes structural simulation to optimize wall thickness distribution and internal rib patterns. While strictly meeting the pressure-bearing requirements of the 10K JIS pressure class, it minimizes the valve body’s weight and axial dimensions to the greatest extent possible. During long-term operation, the valve body remains free of elliptical deformation, and the sealing surfaces remain free of misalignment or displacement, ensuring sealing precision and structural safety even at large diameters.
● Featuring an all-316 stainless steel metal hard-seal design, the sealing surfaces of the valve seat and butterfly disc are machined as a single unit using large-scale precision equipment, followed by manual pairing and lapping. Tolerances for roundness, flatness, and surface roughness of the 500mm-class large-diameter sealing surfaces are strictly controlled to ensure uniform circumferential contact gaps upon closure, achieving a bubble-tight, zero-leakage seal standard.
● Based on the classic three-dimensional triple-eccentric structure principle, the rotational trajectory of the 500A large butterfly disc has been specifically optimized. Through the triple offset of the shaft eccentricity, body center eccentricity, and sealing cone angle eccentricity, the sealing surfaces of the butterfly disc and the valve seat remain free from contact or scraping throughout the entire opening and closing rotation process, achieving precise conical contact only when the valve reaches the fully closed position.
