    10K 400A JIS-compliant worm gear wafer-type triple-offset butterfly valve, developed and manufactured in strict accordance with the JIS standards. The valve body and disc—the core structural components—are entirely crafted from 316 stainless steel, designed to withstand 10K standard pressure loads and accommodate a large 400A flow diameter. Featuring a lightweight design, strong corrosion resistance, and wear-free sealing technology, this valve is specifically engineered to provide highly compatible, long-lasting, and easy-to-maintain customized fluid control solutions for Japanese industrial pipelines, export applications, and corrosive fluid environments, offering a highly adaptable, long-lasting, and easy-to-maintain customized fluid control solution.

  ● Featuring a classic JIS-compliant wafer-type design, the valve body is lightweight, slim, and compact with no excess flange weight. Its minimalist overall structure allows it to be directly clamped between two sets of JIS 10K flanges, enabling efficient and convenient installation without the need for complex welding or custom components.
  ● Unlike valves on the market that combine different materials, this valve’s body and butterfly disc—the core flow-passing components—are uniformly cast as a single piece from 316 stainless steel. The material is uniform and dense, offering high structural strength and eliminating the risks associated with dissimilar metal joints, thereby effectively preventing galvanic corrosion and localized rusting.
  ● Equipped with a precision-optimized manual worm gear drive system, the gear ratio is precisely calibrated to accommodate the opening and closing resistance of the large-bore 400A butterfly disc, achieving efficient torque amplification. A single operator can easily perform smooth full-stroke (0–90°) opening and closing as well as precise flow regulation, with light, smooth operation free of jamming or uneven force distribution.
