   The valve body and disc—the core components—are manufactured entirely from 4A duplex stainless steel across the entire range. Featuring a standard 3-inch nominal diameter and a Class 150 (150 lb) pressure rating in accordance with American standards, this valve combines high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials, a universal pipe connection size and stable pressure-bearing performance, laying a solid foundation of quality for medium- and low-pressure fluid applications.

Product Advantages

   ● ompared to traditional wafer-type designs, the lug design allows for independent disassembly and assembly from a single side of the valve, enabling maintenance and seal replacement without the need to relocate the entire pipeline section.
  ● Equipped with a manual actuator, the valve can be easily opened, closed and adjusted without the need for external power sources such as compressed air or electricity.
  ● The valve seat utilises high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) soft sealing material, which fits precisely against the sealing surface of the disc to achieve a bubble-tight, zero-leakage seal, completely preventing fluid leakage.
