   The main body is constructed from WCB carbon steel, providing a strong structural framework and a solid foundation for withstanding pressure; the flow passage is made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring both a smooth surface for media flow and corrosion resistance; PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is used for the seals, which, thanks to its extremely high chemical inertness, can withstand both acidic and alkaline media. The 12-inch large-bore design meets high-flow requirements, while the 150-lb pressure rating is precisely suited for medium- and low-pressure operating conditions. The three material layers each serve a specific function and complement one another’s strengths, creating a purely manual, zero-leakage shut-off hub for medium- and low-pressure, large-bore pipelines carrying corrosive, clean, or mildly corrosive media.

  ● The worm gear’s step-by-step transmission allows for precise adjustment of the valve opening, facilitating system flow regulation.
  ● The PTFE seal ring is virtually impervious to chemical corrosion, and its elastic compensation ensures bidirectional zero leakage in accordance with ANSI Class VI standards.
  ● The double-eccentric design causes the valve stem axis to deviate simultaneously from both the center of the disc and the center of the valve body passage. As the disc rotates, it immediately moves away from the seat; during opening and closing, the PTFE seal ring experiences virtually no scraping, resulting in a service life several times longer than that of traditional center-line butterfly valves.
